603. Recognition and enforcement of the award under the Convention on the Settlement of Investment Disputes.

The award1 is binding on the parties and is not subject to any appeal or to any other remedy except as provided for in the Convention on the Settlement of Investment Disputes (1965)2. Each contracting state recognises an award as binding and enforces the pecuniary obligations imposed by that award within its territories as if it were a final judgment of a court of that state3
