607. Procedure for registration of awards under the Arbitration (International Investment Disputes) Act 1966.

An application to have an award under the Convention on the Settlement of Investment Disputes (1965)1 registered in the High Court2 must be made in accordance with the Part 8 procedure3 of the Civil Procedure Rules4.

Subject to the provisions of the registration of awards under the Arbitration (International Investment Disputes) Act 1966, 5the provisions of Part 74 of the Civil Procedure Rules relating to:
