Unless otherwise agreed by the parties1, the court2 may make an order requiring a party to comply with a peremptory order3 made by the arbitral tribunal4. An application for such an order may be made5:
(1) by the tribunal, upon notice6 to the parties7;
(2) by a party to the arbitral proceedings with the permission of the tribunal, and upon notice to the other parties8; or
(3) where the parties have agreed that the powers of the court to make such an order are to be available
