533. Power of court to remove an arbitrator.

A party1 to arbitral proceedings may, upon notice2 to the other parties, to the arbitrator3 concerned and to any other arbitrator, apply to the court4 to remove an arbitrator5 on any of the following grounds, namely6:

(1)     that circumstances exist that give rise to justifiable doubts as to his impartiality7;

(2)     that he does not possess the qualifications required by the arbitration agreement8;

(3)     that he is physically or mentally incapable of conducting the proceedings or there are justifiable doubts as to his capacity to do so9;

(4)     that he has refused or failed properly to conduct the proceedings, or to use all
