595. Organisation of the International Centre.

Facilities for conciliation and arbitration of investment disputes between contracting states and nationals of other contracting states in accordance with the provisions of the Convention on the Settlement of Investment Disputes (1965)1 are provided by the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes2. The seat of the Centre is at the principal office of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development3, and it has an administrative council4 and a secretariat5.
