(1) an award is made in proceedings on an arbitration in any part of a British overseas territory or other territory to which Part I of the Foreign Judgments (Reciprocal Enforcement) Act 19331 extends2;
(2) Part II of the Administration of Justice Act 19203 extended to that part immediately before Part I of the Foreign Judgments (Reciprocal Enforcement) Act 1933 was extended to that part4; and
(3) an award has, under the law in force
