Any reference in Part I of the Arbitration Act 19961 to the 'costs of the arbitration' is to2:
(1) the arbitrator's3 fees and expenses4;
(2) the fees and expenses of any arbitral institution concerned5; and
(3) the legal or other costs of the parties6.
Any such reference includes the costs of or incidental to any proceedings to determine the amount of the recoverable costs of the arbitration
