A person who is disqualified from owning or keeping animals1 or from holding a licence2 by virtue of an order of the court may apply to the appropriate court3 for the termination of the order4. No such application may be made:
(1) before the end of the period of one year beginning with the date on which the order is made;
(2) where a previous application has been made in relation to the same order, before the end of the period of one year beginning with the date on which the previous application
