Provision is made for species control agreements between environmental authorities and owners of premises and for species control orders made by environmental authorities1.
An environmental authority may enter into a species control agreement with an owner2 of any premises where the authority considers that there is present3 on the premises an invasive non-native species4 or a species of animal that is no longer normally present5 in Great Britain
