472. Regulations with respect to the register.

The Council of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons may make regulations1 with respect to the form and keeping of the registers2, the making of entries in them, and the removal of entries from them3, including, in particular, regulations prescribing a fee to be charged on the entry of a name in either register or on the restoration of any entry to either register4, or in respect of the retention of the name of a person in any year subsequent to the year in which he was first registered5; and authorising the registrar, notwithstanding anything in the
