158. Orders for reimbursement of expenses.

Where an order is made for the reimbursement of expenses1, the expenses that are required by the order to be reimbursed are not to be regarded for the purposes of the Magistrates' Courts Act 19802 as a sum adjudged to be paid by a summary conviction, but are recoverable summarily as a civil debt3.
