For the purpose of enforcing an order for protecting poultry from unnecessary suffering1 an inspector2 may examine poultry to which the order relates and any receptacle or vehicle used for their conveyance or exposure for sale, and may enter any premises, vessel or aircraft in which he has reasonable grounds for supposing that there are poultry exposed for sale, in course of conveyance or packed for conveyance or exposure for sale3.
