No less than 21 days before the date fixed for the inquiry1, the solicitor2 must send the respondent3 and any other party4 in the case:
(1) a copy of any documentary evidence on which the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons intends to rely at the inquiry;
(2) a list of the witnesses whom the college intends to call to give evidence against the respondent; and
(3) for each witness whom the college intends to call, a witness statement, or in exceptional circumstances a summary of the matters on which the witness is to give evidence5.
