Upon the conviction of an offender for an offence of cruelty1 the court may cancel any licence he holds to keep a pet shop, animal boarding establishment or riding establishment and disqualify him from keeping such a shop or establishment2, may order the removal of any registration he has in respect of performing animals and disqualify him from being registered3, and may disqualify him from keeping a dangerous wild animal4.
