492. Decision of the committee.

At the close of the evidence and submissions1, the disciplinary committee must consider each charge separately and decide whether or not each fact or conviction alleged in each charge has been proved, and the chairman of the committee must announce the committee's findings2.

In a conduct case3, where the committee finds that the charge has been proved, the finding of the committee must be that the respondent is guilty of disgraceful conduct in a professional respect4; and where the Committee finds that the charge has not been proved, the finding of the Committee must be that the respondent is not
