Where a court makes an order1 in relation to an animal2 taken into possession3, the owner of the animal to which the order relates may appeal against the order to the Crown Court4. Nothing may be done under such an order unless:
(1) the period for giving notice of appeal against the order has expired; and
(2) if the order is the subject of an appeal, the appeal has been determined or withdrawn5.
