42. Use of names or expressions with prescribed meanings.

A person who sells for use1 as a fertiliser2 or feeding stuff3 any material which he describes4 by a name or expression to which a meaning has been assigned by regulations5, or which is marked6 with such a name or expression7, impliedly warrants that the material accords with that meaning8. Moreover, a person commits an offence9 if he either sells for use as a fertiliser or feeding stuff any material which he so describes or which is so marked
