404. Use and disclosure of information.

The Secretary of State and the Welsh Ministers1 may use any information they obtain2 in any manner they think necessary or expedient in connection with maintaining food supplies in the United Kingdom3, but no such information relating to any particular land4 or business may be disclosed without the written consent of the informant and of every owner or occupier5 whose interests may be affected6, except:
