The Food Industry Development Scheme enables the Secretary of State and the Welsh Ministers1 to pay to any eligible person2 a grant towards expenditure incurred in carrying out a proposal3 for the organisation, promotion, encouragement, development, co-ordination or facilitation of the marketing in Great Britain or elsewhere of:
(1) the produce of agriculture (including horticulture)4;
(2) the produce of fish farming5;
(3) the produce of the shooting and harvesting of game in the wild6;
