A person who sells1 material of a prescribed description2 for use as a fertiliser3 or feeding stuff4 must give to the purchaser a statement in writing (a 'statutory statement')5 in such form, if any, as may be prescribed, containing such particulars as may be prescribed of the nature, substance or quality of the material6 and such information or instructions as to the storage, handling or use of the material as may be prescribed7.
