182. Saving for certain contracts.

In the absence of requirements in a marketing scheme1 that producers2 sell regulated product3 to or by the agency of the board4, or provisions restricting the quantity that may be sold5, if neither the making nor the performance of a contract was, at the time when the contract was made, prohibited by a marketing scheme, it will not, unless the contract otherwise provides, be void or unenforceable by reason of the fact that, at the time for performance, the latter has become prohibited by a scheme
