334.     Restriction on taking detrimental action against workers who work elsewhere.

The licence holder1 must not subject or threaten to subject a worker2 to any detriment3 on the ground that the worker has:

  1.  

    (1)     terminated or given notice to terminate any contract between the worker and the licence holder; or

  2.  

    (2)     taken up or proposes to take up employment with any other person4.
