The Gangmasters and Labour Abuse Authority 1 is required to establish and maintain a register of persons licensed under the legislation relating to the licensing of gangmasters2. The register must contain such particulars as the Authority may determine of every person who for the time being holds a licence or whose activities are authorised by a licence (whether or not they are named in the licence)3. The Authority must ensure that appropriate arrangements are in force for allowing members of the public to inspect the contents of the registe4
