The provisions of the Patents Act 1977 concerned with proceedings before the Comptroller General of Patents1, decisions of the Comptroller General including orders for grant of compulsory licences2, legal proceedings in respect of appeals from the Comptroller General3, and other matters, as and to the extent they relate to compulsory licences4, extend and apply to, and are taken to make corresponding provision in the United Kingdom5 in respect of the following:
(1) proceedings before the Controllers6
