For the purpose of obtaining agricultural statistics the Secretary of State and the Welsh Ministers1 may serve notices on owners and occupiers of land used for agriculture or which may be so used2, requiring them to furnish such information as may be specified in the notices3. Notices may require information to be given relating to:
(1) the situation, area, description and extent of the land, the date when acquired and the date at which so much of it as is comprised in any agricultural unit4 became so comprised, and the rates payable in respect of the land5;
