A plant protection product1 or an adjuvant that may be mistaken for food, drink or feed must be packaged in such a way as to minimise the likelihood of such a mistake being made2 and a person may not package such a plant protection product or an adjuvant in contravention of this provision, or cause or permit another person to do so3.
