422.     Offences.

Any person who knowingly or recklessly makes a false statement for the purpose of obtaining for himself or any other person a grant under the Agriculture Act 1967, 1or of inducing the Secretary of State, the Welsh Ministers2 or a Rural Development Board3 to make a loan or guarantee thereunder4, is guilty of an offence5. Provision is made for the liability of directors and officers of a body corporate in respect of offences committed by the body corporate with their consent or connivance or through their neglect6.
