Keepers1, other than markets, must notify, in relation to England, the database operator1A, or, in relation to Wales, the Agriculture and Horticulture Development Board ('AHDB')2 of all movements of pigs from their holdings3 before those movements take place4. Keepers may notify the database operator or AHDB, as the case may be, electronically5 by entering specified information onto, in relation to England, the central database, or, in relation to Wales, the AHDB movement recording system6. When pigs are moved from a market the market must notify the database operator
