The standstill period1 is not triggered by a movement on to premises2 if it is a movement as follows3:
(1) in relation to Wales only, the arrival of cattle, sheep and goats on to the premises provided they are quarantined for six days after their arrival in a quarantine unit4;
(2) the movement of an animal5 on to any premises licensed for an animal gathering6 if the movement is for the purposes of a gathering so licensed7;
(3) the movement of an animal on to an artificial insemination centre8;
(4) movement approved by the Secretary of State or Welsh
