The Gangmasters and Labour Abuse Authority 1 may by notice in writing to the licensee modify2 or revoke any licence granted to him (including any of the conditions of that licence)3 either with the consent of the licensee4 or where it appears to the Authority that a condition of the licence or any statutory requirement5 has not been complied with6. A licence may also be transferred with the written consent of the Authority and in such other cases as may be determined by the Authority7
