133. Marketing and use of adjuvants.

A person must not place on the market or use an adjuvant1 unless it has been authorised in accordance with the relevant EU provisions2, or cause or permit another person to do so3. Until the adoption of detailed rules4, the national provisions for authorisation of adjuvants are as follows5.
