195. Loans and grants by or to marketing boards.

A marketing scheme1 may empower the board2 to lend to any registered producer3 a portion of the amount it is estimated he will receive from the sale of the regulated product4 which he has produced or is producing5, and to guarantee payment of any sums secured by an agricultural charge6.

A scheme may also empower the board to lend or grant money to any other board7, and to guarantee the loans of any other board8, but, if the loan, grant or guarantee is not specifically authorised by the scheme, the scheme may provide that the payment is not to be
