191. Intervention on competition grounds.

If in relation to an agricultural marketing scheme1:

  1.  

    (1)     the Competition and Markets Authority2 has decided, in a report on a market investigation reference3, that there is one, or more than one, adverse effect on competition4; or

  2.  

    (2)     the Secretary of State has decided5 that an eligible public interest consideration6 is relevant7,

and whatever is to be remedied, mitigated or prevented relates to any provision of a marketing scheme or any act of omission of a board
