Any person who incorporates a veterinary medicinal product1 (or a premixture2 containing a veterinary medicinal product) into feeding stuffs:
(1) must do so in accordance with the summary of product characteristics, and must take account of any interactions listed there3;
(2) must ensure that the veterinary medicinal product does not contain the same active substance as any other additive4;
(3) must ensure that the veterinary medicinal product is incorporated in accordance with its marketing authorisation (unless it has been prescribed under the cascade5) and the prescription6;
(4) must ensure that the daily dose of the veterinary medicinal product is
