Where an appeal is to be heard by the Plant Varieties and Seeds Tribunal, and members of the tribunal to hear the appeal have been selected from the panels1, the chairman must fix a date, time and place for the hearing2. The secretary to the tribunal must serve not less than 28 days' notice of the hearing on the appellant, the Controller of Plant Variety Rights3 and every person who has given notice of intention to appear4. The hearing is to take place in such part of the United Kingdom5 as may be determined by the chairman
