Where an oral hearing is to be held1, the secretariat2 must fix a date for the hearing within 20 working days of the date of receiving the Gangmasters and Labour Abuse Authority's reply3 to the notice of appeal4. The date must be not less than 15 working days after the date on which the hearing notice5 is sent to the parties6. The appointed person7 may change the place, date or time of the hearing if he considers it
