A certificate of the result of a test of a sample1 carried out at an official seed testing station2 which purports to be issued by an officer of such a testing station may be given in evidence in proceedings3. Where such a certificate is admitted for the purposes of proceedings on a contract for the sale of seeds4, it is sufficient evidence of the facts stated in it for the purposes of those proceedings
