Where a sample has been taken by an inspector1 in the prescribed manner2, the inspector must divide it into three or, if the manufacturer of the material is not a person to whom a part of the sample is required to be sent3, four parts4. The inspector must then send5 one part to the agricultural analyst for the inspector's area6. If the sample was taken pursuant to the request of a purchaser7, or in any case where the person on whose premises the sample was taken purchased the material for use and not for resale, the inspector must send
