The appointed person1 must allow or dismiss the appeal2. His decision may be given orally at the end of the hearing or reserved3, is binding on the parties4, and must be recorded in a document, along with the reasons for it, as soon as possible5.
The secretariat6 must keep a register containing a copy of all decisions and statements of reasons issued by the appointed person7.
