The decision of the Plant Varieties and Seeds Tribunal is to be given in writing, together with a statement of its reasons1. Decisions must be notified in the gazette2, and a copy of the decision and reasons is to be served on the appellant, the Controller of Plant Variety Rights, and on every person who was entitled to appear3. The Controller must take such steps as may be necessary to give effect to any decision given on the final determination of an appeal and such other steps as he would be required
