399.     Constitution of boards.

An agricultural board1 is to be known by a name specified in the order establishing it2. A board is3 a body corporate4 and is not to be regarded as a servant or agent of the Crown5 or as enjoying any status, privilege or immunity of the Crown6, and its property is not to be regarded as property of, or held on behalf of, the Crown7.
