The procedure on appeals from decisions of the Controller of Plant Variety Rights1 to the Plant Varieties and Seeds Tribunal2 is governed by rules3 and regulations4. Where an appeal is brought, the operation of the decision in question is suspended pending the final determination of the appeal5.
The appeal is to be instituted by giving a notice of appeal in the prescribed form6 which is to be accompanied by all documents referred to therein7.
