An appeal may be brought by a person against a decision of the Gangmasters and Labour Abuse Authority1:
(1) to refuse his application for a licence2;
(2) as to the conditions to which the grant of the licence to that person is subject3;
(3) to refuse consent to the transfer of a licence granted to that person4; or
(4) to modify or revoke a licence granted to that person5.
In order for an appeal to be valid, a notice of appeal6 must be received by the secretariat7:
(a) not later than twenty working days
