Until a day to be appointed the following provisions have effect in relation to Wales1.
If an agricultural wages committee2 is satisfied, on an application in that behalf made by a worker employed in agriculture in its county or by his employer3, that the value determined for the purposes of these provisions, for a house or part of a house occupied as a separate dwelling by the worker does not correspond with its true value, it may, within any limits imposed by order, direct that its value be reckoned at the amount specified by the committee in the direction
