290. Attendance and procedure.

The persons concerned, or persons appointed by them for the purpose of the proceedings in respect of which the decision was given, are entitled to appear and be heard as a party to any appeal to the Plant Varieties and Seeds Tribunal against the decision of the Controller of Plant Variety Rights1. The Controller, the appellant and any other person entitled to appear may do so in person, by counsel or solicitor, or by a representative appointed in writing2.
