An appeal lies from a decision of the Controllers1 or the Comptroller General of Patents2 under the provisions concerning compulsory patent licences3, and an appeal may be brought to the court4 from a decision of the Controllers relating to a compulsory patent licence5 or a cross licence ordered to be granted in respect of a compulsory patent licence granted to a person who has been granted plant breeders' rights6 in respect of a new plant variety7.
