The Secretary of State and the Welsh Ministers1 are empowered to constitute Agricultural Marketing Reorganisation Commissions2. By direction of the Secretary of State or the Welsh Ministers the commissions may be charged with the duty of preparing schemes for regulating the marketing of such agricultural products (other than certain specified products3) as may be specified, and of investigating any matter affecting the operation of a scheme prepared or in the course of preparation by them or any other scheme4.
