Until a day to be appointed, the following provisions apply in relation to Wales1.
The following agreements are void:
(1) any provision in any agreement (whether the contract of a worker employed in agriculture or not) to the extent it purports to exclude or limit the operation of any provision of the Agricultural Wages Act 1948 or to preclude a person from bringing proceedings under that Act before an employment tribunal2;
(2) any agreement as to holidays that is inconsistent with a direction of the Agricultural Wages Board3 in that regard, or for abstaining from exercising the right to holidays
