On receipt of a notice of appeal1 the secretariat2 must send3 to the appellant an acknowledgement of receipt of the notice4 and must at the same time send a copy of the notice to the Gangmasters and Labour Abuse Authority5. The Authority must then send to the secretariat a reply to the notice of appeal6 stating, inter alia, whether it seeks to uphold the disputed decision7 and, if so, it's reply to each of the grounds of appeal supplied by the appellant8, upon receipt of which the secretariat must send a statement informing the parties that if either party
