Provision is made for certain schoolrooms, except while being used for educational purposes, to be used free of charge for the purposes of the Allotments Acts or, with the consent of any two managers or, as the case may be, governors, to be used for public meetings to discuss any question relating to allotments1, subject to expenses and any damage being paid for by the council or persons calling the meeting2.
Before any public meeting may be so held not less than six days' notice, signed by not less than six resident registered parliamentary electors
